Rules & policies

To ensure a safe, clean, and affordable environment for everyone, we kindly ask that all guests follow these rules during their visit:

✅ Adult Supervision is Required – Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. No exceptions.
✅ Liability Waiver – Each child must be registered in our waiver system. (Waivers expire every year. Please click the waiver button to complete before play.)
✅ Handwashing – Everyone must wash hands before entering the playground.
✅ Grip Socks Required – For safety and cleanliness, grip socks must be worn while playing. Bring your own or purchase on-site.
✅ Shoes Off Policy – Absolutely no shoes allowed in the play areas.
✅ Safe Play – No running, rough play, or playing with food in mouths. This applies during birthday parties as well.
✅ Birthday Parties – Parties are not permitted in the waiting area. Please book a party room in advance.
✅ After Eating – Children must wait 20 minutes before returning to play to prevent upset stomachs.
✅ Restroom Breaks – Take frequent restroom trips to help prevent accidents.
✅ Kindness First – Remind children to play nicely with others. We are here to make friends!
✅ Use Equipment Properly – Play equipment must only be used as intended. This helps us keep our facility safe and fun for all.
✅ Stay on Site – Do not leave the facility without your child(ren), even briefly.
✅ Face Masks – Optional, based on your comfort level.

 Most Important: Be respectful and courteous to others. Our rules are in place to create the best experience possible for your family and others.

The Playground reserves the right to remove or refuse service to anyone who interferes with the safety, enjoyment, or well-being of guests, staff, or property.
