Supervision & Safety
- Adult Supervision Required: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. No exceptions.
- Stay On Site: Adults may not leave the facility without their child(ren), even briefly.
- Safe Play Only: Running, rough play, or playing with food in mouths is not permitted at any time, including during parties.
- Use Equipment Properly: All equipment must be used as intended to maintain a safe environment for everyone.
Health & Cleanliness
- Handwashing Required: All guests must wash their hands before entering the play area.
- Grip Socks Required: Grip socks must be worn at all times while playing. You may bring your own or purchase them on-site.
- Shoes Off Policy: Shoes are not allowed in any play areas.
- After Eating: Children must wait at least 20 minutes after eating before returning to play.
- Restroom Breaks: Please take frequent restroom breaks to help prevent accidents.
Waivers & Entry
- Liability Waiver Required: Each child must have a completed waiver on file. Waivers must be renewed annually. Please complete your waiver prior to play.
Parties & Facility Use
- Birthday Parties: Parties are not permitted in the waiting area. Please reserve a designated party space in advance.
Respect & Behavior
- Kindness First: Please encourage children to play respectfully and kindly with others.
- Respect the Space: Help us keep our facility clean and enjoyable for everyone.
Additional Information
- Face Masks: Optional, based on personal preference.

The Playground reserves the right to refuse service or ask any guest to leave if their behavior interferes with the safety, enjoyment, or well-being of others, staff, or the facility.
